Fire Magic Echelon Black Diamond power burners are designed as a companion cooker to your Fire Magic Echelon Black Diamond grill and features a matching stainless steel face, as well as back-lit knobs, hot-surface ignition, stainless steel cooking grid, and a power switch. This outstanding side cooker provides versatility in cooking, with up to 60,000 BTUs of cooking power from its double cast brass burner. The left knob is for the inner burner and has a range of 3,000-15,000 BTUs, while the larger knob on the right is for the outer burner and has a maximum of 45,000 BTUs. The 10-inch diameter, Heat Concentrating Flame Collimator focuses heat in the center 25-percent of unit for wok cooking, turkey frying or any other dish needing up to 190 BTU/sq inches of heat. This power burner plugs in to the Echelon Black Diamond grill transformer for power, otherwise it requires an additional transformer if used independently of the grill (part number: 24187-18). Includes removable stainless steel lid to protect your power burner while not in use.
